We are writing to inform you that, effective [xx], the publisher of Aniimo (the “Game”) will change from Kingsglory Singapore Private Limited (“Kingsglory”) to Pawprint Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd. (“Pawprint”). This change is implemented as part of an internal alignment of operations.
Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy
To continue participating in the next beta test and accessing the Game, you will be required to review and accept Pawprint’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This is necessary to establish a direct contractual relationship with Pawprint.
Player Rewards
Rewards earned during the prior beta test period will remain unaffected by this change. This includes rewards from the two egg-sealing events in the previous beta phases, as well as eligibility to receive a Susuta egg during the global launch. These rewards will be preserved in accordance with the applicable game rules.
Previous Beta Participation and Migration
Participation in prior testing phases, including the second closed beta test, was limited to selected participants. Access credentials, progress, or participation rights from previous beta tests cannot be used for the next beta test. Accordingly, there is no carry-over of participation eligibility between beta phases.
Personal and Game Data
In connection with the publisher transition, certain personal data and in-game data relating to your account will be transferred from Kingsglory to Pawprint, who will act as the new data controller for the Game.
This transfer is necessary to enable the continued operation of the Game under Pawprint. Where required under applicable law, such transfer will take place based on your consent or another valid legal basis.
Pawprint will process your data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which will be made available to you prior to your acceptance. Appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to safeguard data in line with applicable legal requirements.
Reservation of Rights
Continued access to the Game is subject to acceptance of the applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
