NOTIFICATION OF ANIIMO’S NEW PUBLISHER
Dear Users,
We are writing to inform you that, effective 15 April 2026, the publisher of Aniimo (the “Game”) will change from Kingsglory Singapore Private Limited (“Kingsglory”) to Pawprint Interactive Entertainment Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore with company no 202536484D with registered address at 16 Raffles Quay, #19-01, Hong Leong Building, Singapore 048581 (“Pawprint Studio”). This change is implemented as part of an internal alignment of operations.
Acceptance of Terms and Privacy Policy
To continue participating in the next beta test and accessing the Game, you will be required to review and accept Pawprint Studio’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. This is necessary to establish a direct contractual relationship with Pawprint Studio.
Player Rewards
Rewards earned during the prior beta test period will remain unaffected by this change. This includes rewards from the two egg-sealing events in the previous beta phases, as well as eligibility to receive a Susuta egg during the global launch. These rewards will be preserved in accordance with the applicable game rules.
Previous Beta Participation and Migration
Participation in prior testing phases, including the second closed beta test, was limited to selected participants. Access credentials, progress, or participation rights from previous beta tests cannot be used for the next beta test. Accordingly, there is no carry-over of participation eligibility between beta phases.
Personal and Game Data
1. What is changing
From 15 April 2026, Aniimo will be operated by Pawprint Studio and Kingsglory will cease operating the service on that date.
2. What data is being transferred and why
Kingsglory will transfer your registration data to Pawprint Studio solely to enable continuity of your account.
No game progress, gameplay history, behavioural data, purchase history, or any other data held by Kingsglory will be transferred. Kingsglory will permanently delete all your data following the transfer, including the registration data transferred to Pawprint Studio.
Pawprint Studio will process your transferred registration data to create and maintain your account under the new operation of Aniimo.
3. Legal basis for the transfer
The transfer of your registration data is made on the basis of your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a) / PDPA s.14). Your consent is recorded when you tick the consent box in the pop-up notice.
4. Pawprint Studio — who they are and how they will process your data
From the effective date, your registration data will be processed by Pawprint Studio. Pawprint Studio’sPrivacy Policy, which governs all processing of your data from the effective date.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the following rights in relation to this transfer.
All players (PDPA). You have the right to request access to or correction of your registration data, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commission atpdpc.gov.sg.
EU/EEA and UK players (GDPR / UK GDPR). In addition to the above, you have the right to object to the transfer, to request erasure, and to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (EU/EEA) or the Information Commissioner’s Office (UK) atico.org.uk. Consenting to this transfer does not affect any rights you have under GDPR in relation to how Pawprint Studio processes your data from the effective date.
California players (CCPA/CPRA). The categories of personal information being transferred are as written in section 16 of our Privacy Policy. This transfer is made pursuant to your consent and constitutes a disclosure to a new service provider, not a sale. You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal data.
6. What happens if you do not consent
Your account will not be transferred to Pawprint Studio. Your account will be closed within seven (7) days after you confirm via the pop-up, and all your data will be permanently deleted by Kingsglory. You will not be able to access Aniimo using your existing account after that date. However, you are very welcome to create a new account.
Reservation of Rights
Continued access to the Game is subject to acceptance of the personal data transfer and applicable Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
